2. SECURITY
The Meadows & Byrne website uses a secure server. All your personal information and credit card information between your PC and our server are transmitted in an encrypted form.
Furthermore, your credit card details are not stored on a server that would be accessible via the Internet. This is a further step for your protection, only available by leading ecommerce sites such as meadowsandbyrne.com.

3. PAYMENT
Payment can be made by VISA, Mastercard or Laser. Cheques made payable to Meadows & Byrne must be accompanied by your cheque card number and an expiry date.

4. DELIVERY
All our deliveries are made by courier except for furniture items marked home delivery only which we deliver ourselves to your home. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) during work times only. You will receive an email from us letting you know when your goods have been collected by our courier. You should then expect delivery within 2 working days. PLEASE NOTE: A signature will be required to confirm receipt of delivery.

5. SHOP COLLECTION
We are happy to deliver your order FREE OF CHARGE to any of our stores for you to collect. These orders must be placed by telephone as they cannot be processed online without incurring a delivery charge.

7. OUR GUARANTEE
We stand behind the quality of our products. If a product fails to meet your expectations, simply return it to us within seven days and we will refund, replace or exchange it for you.
